Just pass my test no faults what so ever all thanks to my driving instructor Mr Mark Palmer would highly recommend him he was the best.

Brilliant driving instructor. He teaches really well and makes sure that your not only test ready but you are a really good driver. It may take longer to learn but it is worth it. He keeps the lessons casual to make you feel at ease and relaxed and overall made lessons much easier. Passed 1st time with Mark.

Just want to say a massive Thankyou for getting me through my test first time! Mark made me feel at ease every step of the way making everything a laugh! Couldn’t recommend him enough :).

If there was zero star rating I would be more than happy to give it to this driving instructor! I read all the good reviews and contacted Mark and booked my first lesson in 2 weeks. I had an introductory 2 hours lesson however we finished the lesson 20 minutes earlier than we were supposed to finish. I asked him if it is ok with him to have one hour or 1. 5 hours lesson as I can't concentrate on something for long. He said that is ok and I paid for block as it is discounted. I thought he is friendly. He seemed so. After the first lesson he started cancelling just less than half an hour before the lesson. We only met 5 times but he cancelled 8 times on me just few minutes earlier to the lesson and finally he didn't show up neither answered my calls or texts. I also cancelled few times but I have all the evidences that I cancelled only 5 days or more earlier to the lessons. I am not saying he can't cancel but as I have things to do he should have let me know earlier. And one day he didn't show up at all. It was raining in Dec and I was standing outside as we agreed him to pick me from UNI. I called several time, texted and left voice mail! Nothing! Then after 2 hours or so he said he was watching tv and he fell asleep, as easy as that! Then I made my decision and let him know that I wanted to stop the lessons as I consider those late cancellations and not showing up as a disrespecting deed. Then I received very unprofessional text message. His text read as "you can take it however you want. You have been a paid ever since you started by cutting the lessons to 1.5 hours and asking to do something instead of what I wanted you to do". As I mentioned earlier I asked him if it's ok with him to take 1.5 hours lesson and he said ok. And the other thing he doesn't want me to tell him my opinion? I know my weakness areas even though he is the instructor. I changed instructors because of moving to different places and all were happy to consider my opinion. All the lessons were ended 10 to 15 mins earlier in every session as well. Yes, he was friendly and we had a chat even in between manoeuvres but that's not any help rather than wasting my time/money to pass my test. Mark is a great instructor, takes his time with you and makes sure you understand before moving on. Great. Highly recommended. Passed first time and had a laugh while learning.
